Area Test Engineer

You’ll be on the front line of project start-up—testing, verifying, and ensuring every piece of equipment and instrumentation is ready to perform. With your electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation expertise, you’ll play a critical role in verifying that systems are safe, functional, and fit for purpose.

Process Engineer

You’ll design and refine the processes that make industrial plants run at peak performance. From developing new facilities to optimizing existing ones, your work drives successful start-up, ramp-up, and long-term operational improvements.

Project Engineer

You’ll keep projects moving with precision by managing work packages, tracking progress, and delivering the data that drives smart decision-making. Your analyses help control time, cost, and risk, keeping complex projects on course.

Process Controls Engineer

You’ll design, program, and integrate control systems that bring plants to life. From HMI design and logic blocks to FAT and site integration, you’ll create automation systems that improve efficiency and support seamless start-up.

Project Manager

You’ll lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring progress stays on track and teams stay aligned. Acting as the central point of accountability, you’ll drive delivery while managing risk, cost, and benefits for both RCC and our clients.

Commissioning Manager

You’ll direct commissioning and start-up execution, leading teams of 40–100 during peak activity. With deep expertise in mining systems and ramp-up procedures, you’ll coordinate contractors, guide testing, and ensure facilities transition smoothly into operation.

Commissioning Supervisor

You’ll translate plans into action, organizing and directing the technicians, engineers, vendors, and contractors who make commissioning possible. From construction verification to turnover, you’ll keep execution disciplined and on schedule.

Project Administrator

You’ll support projects behind the scenes, keeping documentation, vendors, and contractors organized. From coordinating logistics to managing reports and work packages, you’ll make sure teams in the field have what they need to succeed.
