Ms. Larsen joined Reliable Controls Corporation in February 2005 after having worked for GE Capital as a Branch Manager for 6 years in Las Vegas, NV. While working for GE, she built a new branch facility, sat on several task force teams and championed several projects which included development of new design type of sales office units in the local area. Focusing on continuously developing procedures to improve branch profitability, streamlining efficiency and reducing maintenance costs, Ms. Larsen was appointed by her peers, competitors and manufacturers as Treasurer for the Nevada Region Counsel of Modular Building Institute, where they collectively worked with governmental agencies to improve codes and compliance.

Ms. Larsen originally started as project and business manager for RCC, she spear-headed the modernization and streamlining of our business & management systems. Her efforts have helped maintain efficient overhead costs, cash-flow, accurate and real-time business and project reporting, and thus allowed for considerable business expansion. She has developed strong business relationships with our clients, contractors, and vendors; thus allowing us to develop key strategic alliances to better serve our clients, be more competitive and execute quality projects. Her expertise in project management continues to provide RCC with improved management tools and communications with personnel & clients.

She sits on the Board of Directors, and is an officer appointed to Vice President of Finance & Administration. Her strong leadership, business-ethics, and communication skills are a constant example to all and a key part of our company’s values and culture.
