President & CEO

Rafael E. Macha (Ed) is a co-founder of Reliable Controls Corporation. Mr. Macha started working on engineering and construction projects directly after earning his Electrical Engineering degree. After completing multiple successful international projects under two companies, in 1999 Mr. Macha made the decision to establish Reliable Controls Corporation. The Company has maintained constant growth with zero incidents by executing quality projects for major Oil & Gas, and Metals & Mining companies. He owes this growth to: 1) having surrounded himself with highly qualified team leaders, engineers and technicians that are pro-active and respected in the industry and business world, and 2) having embraced and developed technology and business systems to improve efficiency, safety and quality in all of Reliable Control’s services.

Mr. Macha has maintained strong 'hands-on' experience ranging from Electrical Engineering design, Control Systems Engineering (PLC/DCS), Power Distribution, Pre-Operational Testing and Commissioning, and Project Management. One of Mr. Macha’s key objectives is to continuously maintain and develop a safe and efficient work environment that is conducive to high quality and team work.

(Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering—1994 New Mexico State University, Las Cruces, NM - USA Emphasis: Power Distribution, Power Electronics, and Control Systems.)
